What is your return policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 10 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 10 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Sale items are not eligible for exchange/return.


Where is my order?

Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays

Krave Karnival is not responsible for packages after they are picked up by the courier. We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.

 How can I track my order?

To track a package, you will receive an email with your shipping details. Locate the tracking number and enter it on the courier's website or simply click on the hyperlink to track your order.
 
How should I wash my stockings?
  • Use cold water only
  • It is highly recommended to hand wash your stockings. You can use your washing machine if using a mesh garment bag.
  • Do not wring stockings. This will cause overstretching. Instead, gently squeeze them. 
  • Air dry your stockings. Do not tumble dry.

 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer shipping within the US and Internationally.
